1. Incomplete check-in orientation which also started with negative aura - YOU CANNOT CHECK-IN at 1pm (even if the room is ready and no other guests in sight), YOU CANNOT BRING FRIENDS, YOU CANNOT..... 2. Room Cleaning - As the property's wooden beams and native materials paneling were old and infested by termites and wood borers, it's decaying with wood worm and termites resulting to too many termites dust fell from ceiling to everywhere...on the floor, beds, sofa and furnishings; it is advisable to clean the room daily. The room needed sweeping every day at the very least. It's very uncomfortable when you're sleeping and termites dust fell on your face when you wake up. When staff were asked why the room was not refreshed, they said we have not requested it. Apparently, we should have been instructed during check-in but we were not told how to request for room refresh. Meanwhile, we've seen 3 staff sitting at the reception area plus 1 security guard. 3. If the goal is to live like Tarzan, then they were missing spiderwebs to complement the termites dust.

Personnel très désagréable, une de mes filles qui logeait ailleurs et qui est venue dans ma chambre c est fait très mal recevoir, ont lui a laissé 5 min !!! Chambre sale, bêtes dans le lit, ne viennent pas vider les poubelles, les prises ne tiennent pas

The bathroom is fine. Amazing beach view.

The bed. It's not sturdy enough, and the foam keeps moving. There were less staff. The way in is a bit unusual. Frequent power interuption. The AC was not cooling properly.

The view and location.

Most of the electrical power outlets don’t work. Every outlet should be replaced. Needs more kitchen supplies. 4 plates 4 fork, knife and spoon 4 coffee cups 4 water glasses 1 10” frying pan (replace as needed/two years) 1 stock pot 7 quart 1 small pot 2 quart 1 pancake spatula 2 large spoons for cooking 1 tongs 1 chef knife 1 knife honing stick/sharpener 1 can opener 1 wine bottle opener 1 cutting board 1 small cookie sheet 1 rice cooker 1 hot water kettle 1 coffee maker The room had most of these items but it should have all of them and they should be inventoried regularly.

לא היה WiFi בכלל הזמנתי את הלופט וקיבלתי את החדר למטה, כל החדר היה וילונות והמון אור הרבה חרקים

The pictures online

The rooms were smelling super bad, mold everywhere. We wanted to change the room but they didn’t offer another room. So we booked another hotel, left the place and didn’t get our money back. I don’t wonder why people can’t rate this hotel on google maps. Worst experience in siargao

L’hôtel se trouve à quelques pas de l’océan, il y a des cafés et des restaurants à proximités, ainsi que des tuk-tuk à n’importe quelle heure de la journée.

La chambre pourrait monter en gamme notamment sur l’insonorisation et la literie.
