Posizione comodissima, centrale e raggiungibile con auto (nei dintorni ZTL)

Sicuramente aggiungerei un condizionatore/ventilatore per il terzo letto posizionato in cucina (divano) non disponendo la zona giorno di finestre. Scomodissima per anziani la ripida scala per accedere all'appartamento, non menzionata (avevo due genitori disabili al seguito ed è stato un grande disagio)

Appartamento al primo piano, ristrutturato e completo di tutto. Ottimo sia per brevi periodi che per una vacanza più lunga. Posto a pochi metri da una dalle piazze principali. Gestore gentilissimo.

The property is made with a lot of taste - it's cosy, new, modern and has a lot of light. The owner is super responsive and polite. The entry setup with the key box is really convenient, since you can arrive at any time. Modugno is a nice town, and the property is located in the center, which is very convenient - there are shops, restaurants, bars and everything you may need. Around the corner there is a great Napolitan pizza place, which is great to try. Travel to Bari is quick and cheap, but you need to know what train / bus to take and from where.

The area gets quite busy late in the night and there is a neighbor dog which barks a lot, so it's quite noisy, which was a bit disturbing. There could be a bit more kitchen supplies to make food prep a bit easier. Also, better instructions how to reach Bari will be quite helpful (like an explanation which line and from where should be takan, maybe a map). During the night there were some flying ants falling from the roof in the kitchen and also there were no mosquito nets, but there are anti-mosqito tablets available. And yes, the bed is super squeaky.

Nice and clean apartman, right in the center. Exactly like shown in the pictures. Service provided by the owner was also good - Mr. Michele was very helpful and always responds to the messages immediately. Location is perfect if you'd like to discover Bari & area. Thank you:)
