USThe view of the lake - very peaceful. :-) We really enjoyed “analyzing” how you might’ve remodeled and updated this house. :-) Really, it was very nice! We agreed that you did very well with the space you had! That being said, for our purposes, if the kitchen had been upstairs, that would have been even better. At the same time, I can imaging being there in the summer and people moving in and out from the lower level - in which case, the kitchen on the lower level would be perfect. Overall, it met our needs, very clean and relaxing.
A microwave would’ve been a great addition. I also looked for an iron, but wasn’t able to find it. :-) It was a little pricey, but it’s what we chose.

USThe location
The bathroom and bedrooms are all on the top floor. The lounge was in the basement with the kitchen. There wasn’t one comfortable couch or chair to sit on in the entire house. No microwave and no tv.
