"Overpriced family room (not a suite like in the room), less facilities and in TN"

2 large beds for Family room (definitely not a suite like in the name)

- TV not working, didn't replace it too after request. - Bathroom flush malfunction. - No breakfast. - Balcony has no view, useless. - Most importantly NOT IN PONDICHERRY (it belongs to TN on map with lots of border traffic police checkings).

Hotel is located on main road and easily accessible to all tourist spots. Hotel is maintained well and service is good. Especially Murugan and Karthik was very kind and helpful.
