The apartment is very well designed & nicely decorated. It is a unique space that has been imaginatively renovated. The apartment is located in an attractive art nouveau building in a smart neighbourhood. There is a supermarket & bakery opposite the building & the public transport connections are excellent. We felt at home in the apartment & enjoyed the local vibe! Alberto met us to provide the keys & let us leave our bags before check-in, which was very helpful. Thank you! We would definitely recommend the apartment for a couple.

The apartment was rather dark. We couldn’t open the wooden shutters at the front. The apartment is on the ground floor so there was some road noise, especially in the early morning. The balcony is not for sitting on. It is just an area for storing cleaning equipment in the back courtyard. Although the rest of the apartment was spotless, the bathroom needed a deep clean. There is a really good kitchen - hob, fridge, pans, plates, dishwasher, washing machine - but we were missing some essentials items for cooking, which we hope Alberto will provide for guests in the future (specifically: a bread knife, chopping knife for vegetables, vegetable peeler, cheese grater & scissors). These would enable guests to enjoy the facilities to the maximum.

Very nice location in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Very close to tram and metro stations so everything is reachable. Alberto the host is extremely nice and attentive with everything request! Quite easy to find parking outside the building but also there's a parking lot nearby that Alberto helps to arrange a spot. The apartment is comfy and spacious, great for couples.
