I loved the restaurant and bar that is on premises

The decore is outdated, but reasonable for the area and price. They need to fix the wifi

Breakfast better than expected. Besides the normal breakfast items, we took advantage of an omelette hand prepared to perfection by a young man.

Bathroom was very cramped and needs a makeover, but water pressure, shower head and temp were fine. Wall tiles and floor need replacing, but understand a property this large in a small town can only do so much at a time.

I loved the omelette bar.

The walls were thin and I could hear my neighbor’s tv late into the night and could see the light under the door coming from their room.

I really like this hotel and it's works for us when we visit family.

We' ve had several problems with our room in the past. On Nov. 26th, we reported to the first desk that my husband saw live cockroach on the tv and also found out on my credit card bill that we were charged twice on trip. Our last trip Dec 26th, there was black mold around the shower floor. I really like your hotel, but it's a headache to find these problems which are all fixable before and after you open a hotel.

The pool area was great! it was big and open and had lots of room. The pool water was great! I like how the water in the pool was warm! I liked the pool size and heat!

The hallways and the front entrance was cold! I know it's winter,, but they could have turned up the heat in the halls and front room. It was almost too cold to get the breakfast in the morning, with the front door right there and not having a lot of heat on. My bed sheets had lots of hairs on them and I was not sure if they had been changed or if the sheets just collected hairs easily. The other bed sheet had a little dead bug on it. Once I got fresh sheets and changed them myself, It was a nice stay beside the cold hallways.

Conformity units, they are clean and have a good smell

The unit that I reserved the tub spout was leaking water giving the shower less pressure and also the tub was clogged
