The location and space (large with two bathrooms) were really terrific, and the staff were really nice.
There was a housekeeping issue, and we are not overly clean obsessed. For example, there was rotten food in the refrigerator, tables were definitely not cleaned, floors had debris, and chairs had broken backs. Also, the heat in the bedroom with bunks did not work and the pillows were very used.

Great location, easy to check-in and check out. Near public transportation spots. Nice private toilet and shower room. Provide washing machine with dryer.
It is a bit run down. Not borken but the cleaness is a question.
