Everything was perfect :-)

Everything is new in the room, when you enter you can smell how it's very clean. Gianni and Maria are super nice. The breakfast is very good with Gianni's cappuccino and the amazing sweets Maria bakes.

I loved my stay at the guest house and I must add, the hosts are great, very friendly and helpful. Also the guest house is close to the beach, its very new, modern, very safe for me as a lady traveling alone, and very clean. Gianni picked me from the airport and I can recommend to arrange a service with him for sure. Maria made a wonderful cake for breakfast. , Everything was great and perfect, from transport, to breakfast, also talking to him was always a pleasure. Highly recommended accommodation, well connected by bus to the city centre, with beaches nearby too. Overall, excellent value for money!

One of the best experiences on Booking.com. Gianni and Maria were especially great and made the whole trip a very pleasant stay. They provided us with tips on everything we need to get around the city and surroundings and were always helpful to our needs. Place is new, clean, air conditioned and maintained on daily basis with a spacious yard. There is space to park your car which is vital for getting around the city. Grazie mille per tutto e spero di rivederti presto!

I love the quiet at night and how you can hear the ocean

it’s not close to downtown but there are some supermarket and restaurants

brandnew B&B, fresh, clean, spacious rooms, great airco and a very friendly owner! what more do you want. little bit outside the citycentre but very close to the beach. At walking distance you had a good choice of restaurants. Breakfast is in Italian style, we had very tasty homebaked applecake!

Perfect place to come by car but without it is little bit hard to find you good connections

The entire place is brand new, everything was really clean and comfortable. There is a walking distance to the beach (10-15min). The bus station is just around the corner. There are some good restaurants nearby (20min walking distance). Giovanni is a great host. He has had a service for airport transfer which we have used. He also has helped us with some tips about how to reach the center.

The breakfast was made only from sweets - cakes, yogurts, fruits. Except the beach, there is nothing you can do nearby. We had to take the bus to reach the city center (15-20min).

Very nice and helpful host :) great breakfast, clean room, safe, good place to start trip (10-15min to old town by bus), near beach (canalone and San Francesco) would recommend :)
