ParkView Central Apartment - Xanthi

An almost excellent stay at a great spot to explore the city. Nevertheless it is NOT suitable for 4 adults as advertised, because the sofa bed is too small. Other than that , everything was perfect, especially the double bed was super comfy and the balcony was offering great views to the city. Pls check my photos of sunrise

- Sofa bed … too small if over 1.70 height with hard mattress and fixed armrest that restricts it even more (check photo) - Proximity to church … avoid if you are a light sleeper as the church bells will definitely affect your sleep comfort I consider these minor and for the value for money my rating is still 9/10

The apartment was spacious and very clean, it was located in the center of Town behind the square. Easily accesible, with great View. Most importantly the host was always available and always kind!!! I highly recommend staying here.

The building was empty besides us on non-working days because the other apartments are used for businesses and so at nights it was a little creepy.

Location and comfort.

There was a coffee machine but no coffee. Also, there were a lot of mosquitos.

Great and spacious with excellent terace. The owners got it ready in time despite our last minute reservation and they even postponed the checkout slightly for us. Great place!
