Perfect location for local transportation. The apartment is beautiful and large! There were 4 of us with still lots of space. Marco and Luca were great hosts and gave us some amazing recommendations for entertainment and restaurants. This is definitely a place to book and stay.

Very spacious and comfortable flat with an extraordinary veranda. We stayed there for a week - a family of seven, from age 13 to 90 - and we had a wonderful time. The veranda provided an excellent communal space, in the end we had all our meals there instead of going to restaurants. Five minutes on foot to center of town and fifteen minutes to the beach, we also used the available bicycles quite a lot. Pesaro is a very comfortable city for cyclists and pedestrians, clean and inviting and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. Marco and Luca were excellent hosts, ready to answer any questions and provide anything we needed. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay - takk fyrir okkur!

Marco met us on arrival and welcomed us with some wine and coffee and gave us lots of local information and went out of his way to help. The Apartment was fantastic and only a short walk from the bustling centre of Pesaro and the beach. The apartment is very spacious and although there were seven of us, we never felt we were under each others feet. There is more than enough of anything that would be required in a self catering facility and there are a number of supermarkets within a short walk. Some days and most evenings were spent on the spacious balcony. The large wooden table seated our party of seven with ease and the added bonus was the fantastic sunset every night. Other reviews have mentioned the close proximity to the railway but we found this more interesting than annoying. It did not disturb us once inside, as the air-conditioning worked a treat. Such a great experience all round.

Could have done with some larger glasses but I am nit-picking really.

Honestly one of the best places we ever stayed. Exceptionall owners. Ready to offer you anything you need and help with your stay. They offered us even charcoal for barbecue and lot of kitchen things. The place is amazing and clean!

I've traveled around the world for about 40 years, but the cost performance here is unparalleled. If this were a hotel instead of an apartment, it would easily cost hundreds of thousands of yen per night. Moreover, you can take day trips to tourist spots like Ravenna and San Marino, and enjoy nature as well. Although I stayed only for four nights this time, it's a recommended place that makes you want to stay for at least two weeks next time. The owners, Marco and Luca, are really cool gentlemen. I aspire to be like them.

Nothing, except that all stores including supermarkets are closed on Sundays and holidays.

The property isvery well located with everything needed for self catering well within walking distance Marco also most generously left much more than basics for our use in a completely equipped home He daily made suggestions for charming restaurants to try and beautiful villages to visit in the hills

The only concern was the trains running 24seven but with the windows closed and the very effective air conditioning on, the sound was minimized

Location and the penthouse veranda was amazing with nice views. Close to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful walk to the piazza. The bbq supplied was excellent. We loved our stay. The 2 brothers were excellent hosts. The private garage was a bonus. Highly recommend this property.
