LVBeautiful place right next to the nature park where you can meet elephants. Owners are very welcoming and take care of guests in highest level. And they can tell all the details about safari and organise it in a best quality. For extra pay you can have amazing dinner.
Noisy street, it is busy with safari cars and tuktuks until late night.

ILGreat location, close to the park entrance. Extremely friendly and helpful owners. Kudos to everyone. My room was simple but spacious and comfortable. The Sri Lankan breakfast was a treat. Dinner is also available for a supplement and is highly recommended. Safaris can also be arranged and I had a great half-day one that I booked directly with the staff.
The location is on the main road, so some guests may have issues with traffic noise, especially if they do not turn the A/C on. The room had only a very small window and it was impossible to get it completely dark. Cash only.
CAAn amazing and friendly place to stay in Udawalawe National Park. Accommodation is very nice and clean. Dushan gave us a lot of information and types for another places in Sri Lanka. We also booked 6 hours safari with Dushan's brother. It was amazing! Our guide told us a lot of interesting information about every animal in the park. We weren't in rush at all, he stopped at every nice place or when we spotted an animal. We didn't see almost any other jeeps. They also prepared for us delicious dinner, that was the best we had in Sri Lanka. Thank you 🙏

Only one towel to share between two people. Not good value for money and the host also agreed to let us stay for $10 per night and charged us DOUBLE what we agreed!!! Not only that but they also said they would take us to ATM for free and then wanted to charge us!! Also asked if we wanted tea and coffee with our free breakfast and tried then charging us extra for the tea and coffee. I have since tried contacting the property to try and get my money back and not had any response!
GBLovely people and you can see elephants just over the road from the hotel and I had a tree full of birds outside my room. Good was nice and this accommodation is super value for money. Clean room and hot shower.
Strong smell of cleaning products when I got there so jut had to air the room out.
CAThe location was perfect for the Elephant Transit House as well as the National Park. They helped us with booking a safari and having delicious meals ready for us. As an added bonus waking up to elephants accross the street was amazing !
