The room is good, very spacious, very accomodating staff

Since we arrived in a group consist of 32 person. We expect that we will get individual towels, it is mentioned in the description that towels are provided. But when we arrived, the staff told us that they only give 3 towels maximum. Which is, she never told me that, when I called them about clarifications. About the refrigerator, I thought that every big room has a ref, and in the picture there is. But when we arrive, there's none, and I still need to request to have ref in our 2 rooms.

I liked how there are still available rooms even during a last-minute booking.

There isn't a 24/7 staff so since it was late, it took awhile for them to accommodate us. There are also no toiletries available.

1. Staff is not accommodating 2. Roaches in the rooms, staff promise to clean but did not. 3. Molds in the Fridge and Bathroom 4. Property charged as more than my booking.com rate, saying that they will not honor booking.com 5. the blanket smelled bad like laundry that did not dry well and doused with downy 6. Towels were promised to be replaced but were not. 7. told us that she mopped the floor but did not. 8. we were greeted by roaches everytime we enter the room even though we killed it. means there's more. 9. No soap and toilet paper.

Location was very convenient. Near to restaurants, convenience store and transportation modes.

There were no toiletries. There was only one staff at the counter. Some of the appliances inside the room were not well taken care of. The shower didn't have a water heating system.
