How close it was to the venue I needed. Free parking till I left the venue even when checked out at 10 am

It wasn't cleaned dirty dishes in the cupboards, bathroom not cleaned, Found underwear in the bedside table. Spoken with owner whose response was to feel free to book elsewhere and I will get a refund ( this was at 8pm at night) witj 2 kids and loads of bag, refund would of taken 5 days was not possible for anywhere else
