"Semi decent rooms in an ill maintained building with near zero facilities."

Location.

Semi decent rooms. Ill maintained building. Almost zero facilities. Not even an iron box was available, seems wierd for a hotel inside a convention center. Arrogant male staff. Refused to give water bottle because it was early in the morning (7 am)
