The staff are very courteous and nice people.

I didn't realize the courtyard was a tourist trap that we would have to maneuover in and out of. Perhaps I should have researched this, I have never been to Verona before and didn't realize people were this crazy about a balcony for a fictional character. It actually made the stay unpleasant - I liked the images online and it seemed like a peaceful place to stay, but it was the opposite. Also, if you have the room that overlooks the street, it's super loud at all hours. I booked a hotel because I wanted to have a breakfast buffet available, but didn't realize there was no reception or breakfast and that it was all refrigerated self-service.

Michaela was great. Breakfast was very good. Location central to everything.

Parking..but not a biggie and can't be helped

Der Check-in mit Michela hat super funktioniert! Tolle Atmosphäre, großzügige, saubere Zimmer, tolles, modernes Bad! Frühstücksangebot wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt

Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, aber man muss einfach wissen, dass es ab ca 08:30 Uhr mit der Ruhe vorbei ist, da die Gruppen für die Führungen beginnen. Aber da waren wir sowieso schon munter oder unterwegs. Außerdem konnten wir in der Früh und nach 19 Uhr den "Julia-Balkon" ganz für uns allein genießen!

The advantage of the location has the downside that it can be very noisy even late into the night

Die Lage alleine ist einzigartig und eine Reise wert. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns trotz der späten Anreise herzlich empfangen.

Excellent appartement, location Top - Michela is Great - we come back again to Verona.

Michela was super attentive. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need in kitchen and other rooms. Clean, very central, personal access to the Juliet’s balcony yard (which you can enjoy in the evening by yourself)

In case you are a light sleeper or need total darkness to sleep, get earplugs and a mask.
