USThe property was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy and modern design. The location was perfect, close to Armature Works and the Riverwalk, making it convenient for exploring Tampa.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was great!

The hot water wasn’t the best
USThe location is the only positive thing we can say about the property. I had to let our dogs out all hours late at night middle of the night etc and the neighborhood seems safe.
*The first thing we noticed was there was a foul smell when we first walked in like old trash-sewer -or wet dog. It was hard for us to put our finger on it. *The A/C doesn’t work good enough to get the living room to the temperature on the remote. Also because the remote works on WiFi it seemed like the owner was turning the a/c up when we weren’t in the room. Reflective window film, black out shades or blinds with black out curtains would be helpful. *They allow dogs which is great but the grass was so high it was hard to find the waste in order to pick it up- * The refrigerator/freezer doors should be changed to swing on the opposite side- it is annoying to use the fridge. *The mattress is like sleeping on a piece of plywood. *The blinds in the bedroom have holes in them and also should be changed to black out blinds curtains so it would be dark in there in the morning. *The towel rod was broken in the bathroom. *There was mold in the shower and caulking that was pulling away from the wall. *There also was mold on the door mat. *The throw rugs should be replaced- they are dingy. *We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and the longer we were there the more we realized that it was not clean and there were ants in the kitchen.

USUSThe location. Centrally located and nice base for exploring Tampa and sorrounding areas. Easy parking on the street.
We ran out of hot water in the middle of our shower. It was very cold in the morning and wasn't sure if there was a heater so we ended up wearing our jackets in the apartment. Couldn't get the dishwasher to work. There was only a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived and we were going to be there for 6 nights. There was not enough space to put our personal toiletries on the vanity sink area nor was there any shelf to place shampoo/conditioner, soap in the shower stall. Everything had to be placed on the stall. The shower/bathroom area was small for two people. The issue of the hot water and heater got reslved upon contacting the owner. There could have been an instruction sheet on how to work the hot water, heater and dishwasher.
USLocation and very clean well equipped and modern amenities. Very nice host so easy to communicate:) Walking distance to Armature Works!
