Arsi Blue Beach Hotel

All inclusive was a fun part. Too much food, very teasy, delicious options. Location great. Walkable to beach. Big pool with bevearage included.

wifi, cleaning problem overall in the hotel but food area was neat and clean. Pool was not that clean due to alot of people might be the reason. Stressful reception staff. too much crowdy due to miss managed.

Zimmer waren in Ordnung Komfprtabel jedoch für mich keine 4 Sterne.

Öfter Ausfall von Fahrstühlen. Restaurant nicht Sauber. Fleischgerichte wie Kebab nicht geniessbar, Strandliegen Kostenpflichtig bei All Inclusive. Teilweise unfreunfliches Personal.

I am not a great fan of buffet meals

Staff were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Unsafe for disabled guests due to ramp gradients and lack of traction for wheelchairs.

Staff very rude, room smells of smoke (the whole hotel does) hard beds, small shower (no toiletries) drinks and dinner finish a lot earlier than stated (was told manager forgot to change it on this site) the food is awful, minimal choices and very salty or just poorly cooked, after I complained about the smell I was shouted at by the manager so I ended my holiday after 2 night stay and left.

staff were nice and welcoming, food was good, floor plan is simple and easy to navigate, no restrictions on late check in time or entry in general, lots of cats around and they are well behaved, they wouldn't jump on the food and will play with you if you want. no limitation on coffee and tea

elevator kept breaking but they also kept fixing it as soon as possible

Nice ambience, perfect location and friendly workers. They made me feel like at home. Will definitely stay there if came to Alanya again.
