Cleanliness of the surrounding compound. Privacy and peace of mind as there is no traffic noise or packed neighbourhood. Facilities are well maintained, friendly owner. Great place for family and friends to chill and hangout.

Provide a more complete equipment such as bbq equipment as there is no tongs or things to do bbq with. Apart from the bbq pit that is quite small. Aircond was not cold enough, but maybe probably due to really hot weather outside.
