"Per una notte e basta."

La vicinanza a piedi dal coop live, la pulizia, la zona.

L'assente comunicazione con lo staff, codice per ritirare la chiave sbagliato (abbiamo indovinato per fortuna il codice dopo 15 minuti), letto troppo piccolo per due persone, TV non funzionante.

Convenient for the Velodrome

Slow response from hosts to queries. TV not working Hand made signs everywhere telling you what not to do and how much it was going to cost if you did. Very tacky impression

"Don't bother booking. Between no contact with the person that runs it and parking tickets - not okay"

Utterly abhorrent. The person who runs the property chooses to answer any questions via email through Booking.com, not the instant messaging through Booking.com, without immediate response (in regards to checking in). The number attached to the contact portion of the info page does not work/ is not connected. Plus the £300+ deposit fee via PayPal to get access to keys, without being able to physically talk to someone. The walls of the property are paper thin and there are A4 poster reminders of how expensive upkeep is if anything is broken, making the stay feel unwelcome.

"Disappointing"

The contact number wouldn’t ring through. We were waiting outside for a response for how to get in for too long, and booked somewhere else for the first night! When we got in it was great. But terrible we couldn’t stay the first night that was paid for.
