Good place with shared bathrooms

Food was great, location was spectacular, staff were helpful and friendly.

Our room (room 1) had no airconditioning and was facing away from the sea so was extremely hot (granted, we were staying in hot season but if there was a way of managing this temperature in future it would be great). The water was turned off but we weren't told what times this would be at so it was a bit unhelpful when trying to shower / brush teeth / use the facilities in general.

No wifi, and load rap music being played for one of the bars close by from dawn until gone midnight, we left a day early

The view

Everything. There are stains on the bedsheets. If you leave one crumble from a cookie on you bed, hundreds of tiny insects will come from somewhere in the bed to the crumble. Those tiny insects also walk on your belonings and it itches during the day and night. It feels like they walk everywhere. The shower has only cold water. They didnt clean the room once, even though you walk a lot of sand into your room. They have a fan and no airconditioning, so i dont reccomend that because i woke up all sweatting. The restaurant below is also not nice. They bearly speak English. He didnt even understood me when i asked for salt and pepper and the order went wrong several times. The staff has lots of childeren and they are also in the restaurant or just outside of the restaurant. They cry all the time its so annoying. Koh touch is filled with crying babys and childeren, so choose another beach if you like some peace! Yes its cheap, but not worth it. Pay a little bit more and find some more comfort. I am easy satisfied, but this is the baddest hostel ive been here so far and im travelling 2 months now.
