Great property lovely and clean plenty of bathrooms

The property itself is nice once you are inside and has plenty of room for a large family or group,it could of been a nice stay but it was disgusting and not cleaned and the beds were slept in with hairs n marks in them had been made up again by the cleaning staff.

The area is very run down and didn’t feel safe arriving at night time,sadly lots of homeless tents lining the street (no fault of there’s bt it felt unsafe or a little dodgy with this at night time) on arrival it was clear the beds had been made up and not changed from previous guests and there were dirty cup marks on the furniture as well as questionable marks all over the cinema style furniture,we weren’t able to use the pool table as all The cues were missing tips and it felt icky to sit on the cinema furniture due to the multiple stains,we didn’t stay the night we were there briefly whilst we arranged alternative accommodation,didn’t want to stay due to the lack of cleanliness,overall really dissapointed and the staff and manager refused to give a refund even though they knew we didn’t stay there and cctv proved we didn’t stay,they after a long battle refunded the cleaning fee?only when this should come as standard for a place to be clean? It would of been a long fight to get the refund deserved and also I felt robbed as couldn’t stay or contact anyone to change beds as line was closed,and they took an additional damage waiver of 65 they also refused to refund even though the place was dirty and damaged on arrival,over all I would avoid for the fact they clearly don’t see an issue with a family having to stay at another accommodation when we paid over 500 pounds for one night at their place! Need a though clean of all furniture and regular inspections on the cleaners,we would not recommend or book again for to the way we ere treated after. I had lots of pictures by can only add a certain amount.

How spacious it was and the number of bathrooms in there

Everything was good

Fantastic location, less than a minute's walk from Manchester's Northern Quarter and Ancoats, right by a large number of great bars and restaurants. Very spacious with comfortable rooms, lots of recreational space, and the keycode entry is great for multiple people staying instead of the hassle of keys - made check in and out a lot easier too. The property is modern and has all of the amenities you could possibly need for a short stay. Lots of parking close by.

Clean, New, wide, comfortable and near to supermarket. Easy check in, Easy checkout.

Property is beautiful, very spacious, clean and great use of space. Done to a high spec and thought has been put into the aesthetics of the place.

We paid a premium price and expected some flexibility from the hosts/owners. We wanted to check in early as we had the oasis concert to go to, dump our bags and leave. But in order to do that we had to pay an extra 65 pounds for an hour earlier check in and one hour later check out. It's just a bit money grabbing when you can just be a bit more hospitable and flexible. They said there were cleaners inside so we couldn't check in early but we sat outside the property for an hour and no one came in or out, it was to make sure we paid the extra money. Even though the property was amazing I wouldn't come back out of principle of how your treat a customer.
