Iconic Long Hai Hotel

Our room was on the 5th floor, it was a great view of the Village of Long Hai and out also to the sea. The room was spotless, cleaned everyday, and water provided. The bed was lovely and comfy with 2 pillows per person. Breakfast was included and it was beautiful, Al a carte during the week and buffet at weekend. Good choice and good coffee. You would not be disappointed if you stayed here. Great position also for the Village and the Sea. Well done to all the Team at the Iconic Long Hai Hotel for making our visit a great and memorable stay

All was excellent

From the very first moment, the staff made us feel so welcomed—super polite, helpful, and speaking decent English. They truly went the extra mile to make our stay comfy and smooth. Huge thanks to each of them! The hotel itself is quite new and modern. Everything is clean, stylish, and beautifully designed with lots of natural touches like wood and stone that give the space a calm, earthy vibe. Our room was spacious with a cool little balcony offering both mountain and sea views—yes, both! And there was a bathtub (a rare luxury in Vietnam, trust us)—such a treat after living here for 2 years! The air conditioning was a dream (quiet and efficient), and the pool area was cozy and inviting—towels, comfy chairs, sunbeds, all there. The pool isn’t huge, but we came for the beach anyway, so no big deal. Also, there weren’t many guests during our stay, even though it was the weekend, so it wasn’t crowded at all—super relaxing! Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:00 a.m. and, while it doesn’t offer many typical European options, the overall variety was quite good. We still managed to find food we liked, ate well, and didn’t feel hungry afterwards. So even if it’s not exactly what we’re used to, it was more than enough to start the day right. For dinner, we tried the 350k set menu—three small but really tasty dishes. There’s no private beach, but the sea is just a short walk away—clean, warm, and totally swimmable. The beach itself isn’t perfect, but the sunset views were magical. Not many shops or cafés nearby, but we stayed just one night and found everything we needed within walking distance. Also—big win—we arrived at 10:30 a.m. and were ready to wait for check-in, but the room was already ready! Plus, we were allowed to check out one hour later. Once again, thank you, lovely staff!

Highly recommend this place—it left us with a truly pleasant impression. Just a few small things for improvement (nothing major, just suggestions): – Vietnamese coffee at the café wasn’t great (but Americano & cappuccino were nice) – Would love to see more breakfast options (granola, sugar-free yoghurt, croissants, mango, bacon, cheese, maybe coffee machine) – Toilet door was a bit tricky and no ventilation in the bathroom – No minibar/small fridge in the room Wishing this hotel all the best and many happy guests! Every things are brand new. The location is perfect for food and visiting attraction points. The hotel itself doesn’t have access to the beach but you can go to the public beach just nearby. The staffs are very friendly. Just one downside is the basement. Not too spacious for cars and bikes.

This is a newly opened hotel within a few months - it is very welcoming by wonderful friendly staff. We stayed 3nights - the room was large and exceptionally clean - excellent shower - very good air conditioning and a great view. The pool area was very well designed - I swam every day. The restaurant breakfast would either be a buffet with menu also or a menu -and the chef also made something especially that I wished to have - all the staff go above and beyond to help whenever they can. We came to relax and take walks on the beach so was perfect for us - I would recommend to anyone wanting similar and would come back.

Nothing - all excellent

It was clean and calm and it was appropriately sized, so we felt safe walking around it, as we couldn’t get lost. The rooms are really nice, and the beds were comfortable. The bathtub was awesome, with a lovely view from the window. The breakfast was amazing, and the chefs kept bringing freshly made food into the dining area. The juices were freshly squeezed, and were soo good. A lot of variety. The staff was lovely and supportive. In the evenings, we had a delicious dinner at the hotel. One night, they even had a free buffet dinner. Really good hotel. Around the area of our stay, this is definitely the best hotel.

I think that the water in the swimming pool was a bit cold, and not the cleanest, but I’m still happy that the hotel had a pool.

Beautiful hotel I got a room with a view over the ocean and I enjoyed it very much. The staff was so friendly and nice. I spent three days at the hotel after a long trip through Vietnam, it was a perfect ending to get away from the busy cities and being spoiled in a brand new hotel.

They played happy new year by ABBA (piano version) constantly in the lobby and restaurant. It drove me a bit crazy, luckily the outdoor areas were great.

we have 6 nights here, the staff there are all attentive. The hotel is near the beach, offering beautiful view of the sea and mountain. This such an amazing and satisfied experience for us. We will come back soon ❤️
