L emplacement de l’hôtel.

La chambre était trop petite, l’eau des piscine n est pas chauffé, a part le jacuzzi ou sur les 4 transats jacuzzi, 1 seul été en fonction.

je suis céliaque et tout a été mis en place pour me satisfaire , d'autre part l'hôtel est vraiment très bien ,le spa etc. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous satisfaire , enfin le parking gratuit c'est très appréciable , je recommande cet hôtel

"Beautiful beachfront location and lovely staff, but the restaurant service and breakfast did not meet 4-star expectation"

The hotel has great facilities, an excellent location right in front of the beach, and easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The cleaning service was excellent on the days we requested it, and the housekeeping staff were always kind and attentive, especially considering we were travelling with our cat. We would also like to mention that some members of the restaurant/bar staff were truly impeccable, especially Norma, Anna, and the young Sicilian staff member whose name we unfortunately did not catch. Despite the some situations mentioned, they always managed to create a pleasant atmosphere with their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism, which we genuinely appreciated throughout our stay. We definitely come back for these guys.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. We expected a wider variety of bread (the options were very limited and small), fresher products, and more typical Italian options. The selection was very repetitive every day, there were no pancakes or omelettes available, and for guests staying more than a week, there were very few options left to enjoy. In addition, the toaster was slow and very impractical. Another very negative point was the service from the restaurant manager, Daniel. Regardless of guests’ age, all customers should be treated equally and with the same level of professionalism and attention. On several occasions, we felt he had a cold, distant, and even arrogant attitude. There were times when he would not even say a simple “good morning” to us. On the first night we had dinner at the hotel, we were only given the daily menu without any explanation about how the buffet or the other dining options worked. The welcome was practically non-existent, and the style of service felt very outdated and not suited to modern hospitality standards, where friendliness, communication, and customer care make all the difference. On our last night, we had dinner with friends and probably experienced the worst service of the entire stay. One of the dishes was forgotten — something that can happen and is completely understandable in this industry. The issue was how the situation was handled. Only 3 dishes were served, and we were repeatedly encouraged to start eating even though one of our friends was still missing a meal, without any explanation or apology at first. We had to ask ourselves about the delay, and only then were we informed that only 3 dishes had been sent to the kitchen. To try to compensate for the situation, they brought 4 small pieces of toast with sardines on top, at a time when we had already started eating.

Localização perfeita, frente à praia, com bastantes lugares de estacionamento disponíveis sem custo extra. Os quartos eram ótimos e com uma limpeza excelente. A equipa de housekeeping era super prestável e profissional. É um hotel que aceita animais e são bastante prestáveis nesse sentido. A maioria dos funcionários são educados e prestáveis, mas temos de dar destaque especial à funcionária de bar/restaurante Norma que foi simplesmente incrível, simpática, profissional e aberta, tudo o que esperamos num hotel desta classificação.

O pequeno-almoço era reduzido e repetitivo. Nunca me recordo de ver um hotel de 4 estrelas sem omeletes ou panquecas.. A oferta de pão foi sem duvidas, o mais dececionante. Não havia variedade de pão alguma, limitando-se apenas a pães minúsculos e sem grande sabor. Honestamente dos pequenos-almoços mais fracos que alguma vez vi, especialmente num hotel tão bem avaliado como este. O chefe de sala Daniel foi, em várias ocasiões, rude connosco ao ponto de nem sequer nos cumprimentar pela manhã e de nos dar respostas irónicas e arrogantes quando com ele comunicávamos. Isto não são atitudes de alguém que trabalhe com o atendimento, muito menos de um chefe. Em muitos dias evitamos jantar no restaurante do hotel por este motivo.
