It was just what was needed for an overnight stay but would be good if you wanted to stay longer. Staff very friendly and obliging. Breakfast delivered next morning.

Would have been helpful if we could get an earlier check in otherwise nothing to say apart from if you need to get anyway by taxi you need to rebook well in advance

That the Olive tree tried to cancel my reservation because of a slight mix up with arrival time. The visit to Norfolk was important to us and if cancelled it would have meant us missing an important appointment.

Large airy room with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. Delicious continental breakfast delivered to the door. Great location close to the Norfolk coast.

On a busy road if you are a light sleeper.

Quaint room. All you needed for a comfortable stay. Dining in the bistro was lovely. The food was superb, plentiful and reasonably priced. Great selection of beers. Continental breakfast was delivered to our room on time and was a hearty start to the day.

It was a lovely, homely apartment. Lots of facilities in the property, very clean and looked after.

Breakfast was served in a delightful basket with a warm croissant :) I loved the fact that you had a little veranda to sit outside and that there was a small 'landing space' out side of the bedroom. It made it feel like a little apartment!

The out door steps to the room are quite steep. I was fine, but not suitable for less able guests. Outside road is quite busy, but fine if the windows are closed

Very pleasant accommodation. Excellent double glazing keeps out any traffic noise. Nice to have continental breakfast delivered to the room. We enjoyed the tapas menu for our evening meal. Very handy for visiting the Thursford Collection

Pity the bar and restaurant closed at 8 but I fully appreciate that they have a business to run and that they need to open when there is the most trade.

The living space was pretty and in keeping, bonus dining areas and outside deck.

Road was a bit noisy and no fan in the room , not easy to contact owner needs a better system ie messaging system within a shortercontact time
