Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

Very comfortable clean room. Delicious food in the restaurant. Staff were very helpful.

The pool area was nice with the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all in the same area

Room was not clean, there was still crumbs on the floor in the room, paint around the place hasnt been touched up in a long time,coffee stains on the wall. shower had terrible preasure, parking was very expensive and to park yourself was a rigmarole. Then was told we could check out an hour later and ended up locked out of the room after the pool and had to go to front desk to get key reactivated.

Lovely location away from the main CBD and excellent conference facilities on site. Comfortable bed. Room was clean and had a desk to work at too.

No coffee pod machine in the room so reduced to freeze-dried granules - not what I expect of a hotel in this price range. The Accor App was very temperamental.

Best bed ever! Staff were lovely, great facilities.

Bar shut too early. Our group of 8 were coming back from a show at about 10:15pm and would’ve liked to have had a nightcap at the bar, but we checked online which said that the bar closed at 10:00pm. We went elsewhere for a nightcap but it would’ve been nice to have spent our money at the hotel and been close to bed.
