NZRoom not tidied for 3 days, bidet was broken and they want me to pay for it, the guy who repaired told us that it's a usual problem due to strong water pressure. I don't think we will come back.

The cleanliness of our room was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a fresh and inviting environment with clean bed sheets, towels, and more. Safety measures were diligently implemented, making us feel secure throughout our stay. While the hotel prices are reasonable, I hope to see discounts offered for longer stays of two days or more, which would encourage even longer visits.
