"Hotel was well positioned for the city and Perahera festival/Temple. However, for the price, I think there would be"

Good location. Host was friendly and helped us find the property during the Escala Perahera festival as it is not listed on Google maps, making it difficult to find.

Bathroom was very dirty, no windows in room. Building was dingy, no hot water.
