AEThe location to the shops and places to eat. Access in and out of the place was seamless. Clean and modern apartment.
No clear communication from host. No TV, no wifi, especially travelling for long distances and with children.
ZAZAThis was a last-minute booking on our way home and decided to stay over in Plett. The owner took my call and accommodated us. Very friendly and provided excellent guidelines on access to the unit. The unit itself was clean and neat and just what we need to rest for the evening.

Very poor communication with host. Had to message the host to find out where to find the key. No welcome brosjure with info. No WiFi, had to use the neighbours, that is very slow, to slow for streaming. No TV channels, so the TV is useless. And please, one toilet roll per toilet is not enough for two nights.
