Communicating with Ahmed was easy and prompt. Very beautiful apartment! Fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern comforts. Within walking distance to the medina & carpark.

I liked the apartment so much, really amazing and beautiful. It was clean and with all the stuffs we needed to get a great time there. Ahmed amazing person!

Everything was perfect

Beds were very comfortable. The decor is beautiful.

The hot water ran out quickly during shower though we were told it is a 50L water heater unit… traffic noise at night. Rooms got a bit stuffy throughout the night. The alleyway right outside was quite dirty and smelly though this is not fault of the property

Pinch me! Smooth and friendly check-in with good communication. Smihi is a gem! Just a short walk following our host (up some steps though) from the ferry arrival. This property was spotless, has beautiful views, small alleys to discover, felt safe, and has enough tile and color to make a weary traveler excited and invigorated. Felt intentionally designed, carefully maintained, and so comfortable for our family of six. 10 days of travel in Portugal, Spain and Morocco and this was our only accommodation with a DRYER! ☺️ Smihi was helpful, accommodating and speaks excellent English. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The host is really nice and friendly. The apartment is beautiful and nicely well equipped.

The room is little bit noisy at night and difficult to ventilate, especially when you have kids and cannot leave the windows/doors open.

10/10 Highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Tangier. The location is amazing because you're inside the Medina but on the very edge of it; so you have easy access to explore the Medina but also the option to avoid it and walk around the outside. You're in between 2 main beaches, there's a lovely local Cafe next door we went to nearly every day for delicious coffee and mint tea for 10 dirhams aka 1 euro which is a quarter of the price you'll find at other more tourist centered cafes. The inside of the Riad truly is as stunning (possibly even more) as it looks in the pictures. It's clean, you can drink the filtered tap water (brita) there's a full kitchen set up that will easily accommodate your cooking needs. On site laundry came in very handy since our flights had luggage restrictions so being able to do laundry was a godsend. Last but definelty not least, easily the best part about this place is you have Ahmed. Ahmed is the manager for the property but also so much more, whether you need transportation to/from the airport, recommendations for restaurants or museums, help locating a specific item/souvenir, help with the facilities and so much more Ahmed has you covered, quick to reply on whatsapp and clearly prioritizes your comfort and happiness as guests! If I ever return to Tangier I know exactly where I will sleep!
