Very nice apartment- comfortable and clean. Great location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Close to the boardwalk and to many landmarks.

The hot water didn’t work. I told the staff and they got back to me a whole day later and simply told me to follow the directions!!! Of course I followed the directions. It just didn’t work! 2 light switches didn’t work and a third bulb was blinking and about to go. Not exactly a Holiday when you have to boil water to wash yourself with in a dark kitchen. I told them and they offered 20% of a future visit as a compensation. I told them that I was no longer in Greece so couldn’t use it so would prefer 20% reduction in the current cost. They never answered me and just charged the full amount! Such rude, impersonal and unprofessional staff! Such a shame because it could be a great apartment with the correct care and customer service.

Location Design

Good Location with lots of places to eat, and view from balcony was nice. Easy check-in.

Was ok, not many amenities in the kitchen. Can get a little noisy from downstairs. You need to find a car park to park your car. Hard to find as no signage, there's no lighting when you enter the property at night, very dark. Not very good communication with host, takes too long to respond to your questions. Needs a good clean, a bit dusty and the toilet brush holder in the bathroom is full of rust. The blind in the bedroom doesn't go down, but has shutters which don't fully close.
