Nice apartment and very very nice and polite host Dubravka.

I often stay in Zemun because it is a calm and beautiful town half way between the airport and the center of Belgrade and it has some high quality food venues and wood fire 🔥 pizza. The area is very quiet and the apartment is meticulously clean and warm. The balcony is great to relax and catch vitamin D from the sun ☀️ in the morning and early afternoon. The host is a very kind lady and she communicates well and provides all needed information.

I was very comfortable in the apartment because I was travelling with suitcases and had equipment that most guests don't carry so in the interest of transparency I will elaborate further: 1) The bed sheets are not high quality. Had I not carried my own pillow cover I would have sweated profusely. 2) The stove literally has a mind of its own and the display is faulty. It is not possible to adjust the heat and it can take a long time to make a coffee because the heat goes on and off and moves between the two heat circles. Thankfully I carried my own electric jezve and freshly ground coffee to make Turkish coffee so it did not affect my stay. 3) The sponge for washing dishes had seen better days (I had a fresh one in my suitcase so no problem on that front) and there was no washing powder for the washing machine though my stay was for 4 days (I had my own and there is a supermarket very near by so again no major issue).
