Waterfront Villa With Private Pool!

The full address and door code was sent to us before arrival at the home, so was very easy to locate and enter the home. I did email the management company the day before to confirm the home was ok after the previous days tropical storm and when they replied they confirmed everything was good with the property. The pool was a great asset to this property, and it was really needed in the Florida August heat. The location being directly on the inlet of Cape Coral was great - really relaxing watching the boats go by. The communication between the management company was good.

On arrival the ground floor had a flood inside the building. It turned out the Air conditioning had leaked ditry water all of the kitchiin area which spilled into the dining and main sitting area. At first we were told to 'just clean it up' but after i explained to the manageent company that i did not feel this was appropiate and they needed to get to the root casue of the issue he did turn up within 1/2 hour of the intial call. An Air conditioning company was then needed to be called as this had completly 'broken down'. in our 4 night stay the air con in the main bedroom did not work 2 times, so we eneded up having to call the management company again to get this fixed, which is when we had a porable air con unit brought over to ensure we could sleep! During our 4 days at the property some sort of work men came to the home each day, if it was not the management company we called it was the pool guy (mid morning on the Wednesday when we were all in the pool!) and then another man popped by to 'check on the pool' - he just walked straight onto the pool deck while i was there on my own (female)! There is a welcome book in the property, but it is all in German, as i cannot read Germen i do not know if this was helpful or not.

Exceptional house, location, facilities, and staff! We loved it! Definitely coming back!
