At 72 years of age with asthma the carpark was far enough from my accomadation
GBThe breakfast was delicious we didn’t feel hungry till the evening, The location was lovely and peaceful and lovely woods to walk the dog, the hosts Phillipa and Patrick were very welcoming and helpful, we had a great weekend break.
A slightly larger table in the pod would have been better for us.

Compost loos aren’t great but they’ll do for the fantastic hosts and location

We're used to these sorts of toilets etc as we live on a narrowboat, but when you're amongst families who don't know how to clean up after using cassette toilets, it does put a dampener on things, as you're constantly cleaning up other people's (and their children's) mess 😬. Very simple pod set up, which is absolutely fine, as we know what we booked and paid for, but a couple of USB charged side lights and hooks to hang a few bits inside the pods would make things that tiny bit more comfortable without breaking the bank!
