Location, stayed at this location a few times

The check in process was extremely complicated, they wanted me to check in on an entirely different app. They also required advanced notice to check in which i found out after I arrived at the location, other units simply leave keys with the front desk staff. Then they had to "clean" the unit despite the booking paid for much earlier. The unit wasn't that clean, lots of dust on all surfaces, very little soap,none for washing hands, no tissues. Overall the very bare minimum for a place to stay and very disappointed in the check in process, the cleaning and the comfort of the stay.
