"Excellent place to stay"

Very convenient for visiting nearby areas. Host very friendly and helpful, quick response to our questions. Lots of breakfast and snacks provisions and fridge fully loaded with fruits and drinks. Shared with us a bottle of their red wine and provided us with hot croissants on the last day. Place clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

La Mansarda nel Borgo is a modern, spacious, and impeccably clean apartment located in a quiet village just a few kilometers from Matera, hosted by an extremely friendly,good and attentive owner, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, free parking, a terrace and balcony, and highly praised by guests for its comfort, tranquility, and excellent value for money, making it the ideal place for a relaxing stay close to the city.The breakfast was delicious and complete, nothing was missing.For sure we will come back here !!!

"Odlican"

Sve je bilo savrseno. Mi smo proveli samo jednu noc u smestaju zato sto nam je to bila prolazna stanica, no ako bih opet prolazila tuda, bez dileme bih izabrala isti smestaj. Cela jedinica se nalazi u potkrivlju do kojeg vode odvojene stepenice. Stan, iako pod kosinama, je veoma prostran. Nas je bilo troje, dvoje odraslih i jedno dete i bilo nam je odlicno. Poseduje i malu spoljnu terasu koja je pre podne u hladu tako da, ako vremenski uslovi dozvoljavaju moze ujutru da se uziva na njoj. Kreveti su bili udobni, posteljina i peskiri cisti, kao i ceo apartman. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena i ima sve sto vam je potrebno ako pozelite da sami pripremate hranu. Smestaj je udaljen 10-ak min. od Matere kolima, i iako je blizu glavnog puta, bilo je jako tiho tako da smo se mi bas lepo odmorili. Domacica je bila jako ljubazna i predusretljiva, a komunikacija je bila jednostavna, i iako zena slabo govori engleski, vrlo lako smo se sve sporazumeli. Parking ispred samog objekta, koji je na ulici, je bio besplatan. U svakom slucaju, zaista sve preporuke od nas.

Prachtige bovenverdieping van een huis met eigen opgang. Luxueuze uitstraling! Mooi schuin dak , afgetimmerd. Met liefde ingericht, alles voorhanden. Gastvrouw had allerlei lekkernijen neergezet, ook pakjes drinken en vers fruit, broodjes, koekjes enz Mooie badkamer, fijne bedden Goede rustige locatie , parkeren gratis voor de deur

Wifi deed het niet in de slaapkamer. Verder alles prima 👌

Très bel hébergement, très propre et bien situé : à l'écart de Matera et sur la route pour Bari le lendemain de notre visite. Très bon accueil des hôtes et très bon petit déjeuner !
