"Great place if you are hiking trail. Very easy to find and a quiet location. Musty damp smell in apt"

Location is excellent. Very short walk to beach and trail. Good sized apartment . Kitchen was well stocked . Good size kitchen table for four. Futon. No problem with parking but we arrived in off season. Landlord was very responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately the place has a very musty smell.

Even though it’s not the newest place, it is very clean and extremely well equipped. You get everything you need — and more. It was perfect for our first night on the Rota Vicentina. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and communication was excellent with quick responses. Highly recommended.
