HOTEL C.KOHOKU

It was the best hotel in the whole world. the staff are kind, accommodating, patient, friendly and welcoming! very respectful, the facilities were sanitary and elegant. all accommodations including drinks, coffee, tea, amenities were provided daily. they also cleaned our room daily without asking, even if we forgot to give the clean/amenities sheet to the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel for the best stay in tokyo. It is quiet, insulated walls, smoking is permitted(via request for room) and the jet bath was to die for. we will always come stay at hotel c. kohoku going forward on any japan trip!

Booking.com falsely advertised this hotel and did not outline that it was an “adult hotel” or “sex hotel”. When my partner and I arrived we were very uncomfortable with the room, it felt dirty and had a weird odour. We immediately checked out and unfortunately could not get a refund due to it being within 24 hours.

Staff were very kind and friendly.
