Lokalizacja dobra, blisko do Taranto i Martina Franca. W pobliżu bardzo dobra restauracja. Do większych zakupów niezbędny samochód. Właściciele posesji bardzo mili, kompetentni. bezproblemowy kontakt z włascicielami. Sama posesja pełna zieleni. Basen, jacuzzi, grill

Wykończenie wnętrza domu. Ale kto się tym przejmuje, bo i tak większość czasu spędzasz po za domem.
