Condotel in Venice Grand Canal Mall Taguig

Great location, not far from stores/Venice Mall.

Small cockroaches in condo. Had a hard time contacting point of contact, despite the fact that I booked a few weeks in advance. Sent several e-mails, and got a response a day after we figured things out with the staff, who stated the point of contact just sent details about 15-20 minutes after our arrival.

Nice the price is good the location excellent the staff of condo is excellent

The room was dated there was roaches but the price still good value

Location and it was the only available one when I booked it .

Straight away my son saw little cockroaches which he heat , slept in the couch for the first night .

What i like is the host is allowed us check in early bcoz we arrived earlier than 2pm chek in.We appreciate that.

We dont like is there is small cockroach in comfort room and in the table .Comfort room smells not good even its clean.

Easy booking. Host answers enquiries and requests promptly. Second time booking this unit and will be booking in here again in the future.

great location, near orchard gateway, the male staff and manager is very accommodating even with small requests, the room is huge and worth the value compared to other property. not luxurious but it has everything you need for a serviced apartment

the cleaning is 3x a week, which understandable. you have to request to change dirty towels on days housekeeping is not scheduled. if i need anything, i have to go the recep because the phone is a bit complicated. the room we had have no bathroom exhaust. the entrance is confusing for grab drivers and the pin points to the other road instead of koek rd.
