It was well kept, welcoming and homely. We arrived very late and felt comfortable as soon as we turned up. The hosts had turned on the lights and closed the curtains as we had still not arrived by dark. The amenities were lovely, added extras that are not expected when booking somewhere to stay, yet it made all of the difference. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large and roomy. I had never experienced ‘Alexa’ or the touch lights so I was abit out of my comfort zone, however I easily located a well explained sign on how to control and work everything! There was a spa in a closed outside area, although we did not use it, it would have been wonderful. There was also a games room that would be perfect for occupying attention. Will definitely stay again!

Only concern was the parking that was not well specified in the booking ad. We had a car and trailer and were not awear of this. It did not end up being an issue, but would have been a nice extra to prepare for.
