Location, staff

1. Despite that restaurant was in a list of services, it wasn’t working. Considering that tariff was non-refundable and no one told us that beforehand, we were disappointed. 2. There is a spa we booked beforehand. Unfortunately, only upon arrival we were informed it wasn’t exclusive and we didn’t bring any swimsuits with us. To not confuse others with our lingerie we cancelled it( 3. And the most unfortunate-toilet flush wasn’t working and when we discovered it, no one was there to change the room(
