We reached late and the Staff was very rude and not cooperative Rooms extremely unclean, bathrooms not working but the staffs just said they can’t do anything so at night we had no other option but to search for another hotel

Not clean, there were cockroaches at the room and room side part was leaking.. bathroom not neat

There is nothing good to like.

Dear bookings.com, As a responsible service provider it is your responsibility to ensure atleast a fractional extent of all the amenities that are portrayed in the Hotel ad is true and make sense. For me,this is the worst ever experience that i had from a service provider. Unhygienic room and Surroundings, unavailability of basic supplies (Soap and towels), lack of wifi, lack of properly functioning lift and the unbearable as well as unprofessional approach of the staff. These factors are real deal breakers and a red flag in trusting your suggestions. I stayed with my family for a night and the room was dusty, bathroom was unhygienic and when i asked for soaps and towels the staff had informed that, 'It is out of stock" such a reply is totally unwarranted from an hotel. If they are not having enough supplies and proper rooms then they must stop listing in public domain. Horrific experience

No meals

Old room, air conditioning not working; water heater not working. No dressing table : only big mirror. No hangers.
