Todo. La habitación espaciosa, las instalaciones y la cama súper cómoda. Además el barrio es muy tranquilo, agradable y está bien conectado.

La localización y las instalaciones

Location was great, nice and quiet. Restaurants and bars around 10min walking away. The coworking space was ok, the security as well with double electronic doors. Wifi was very fast as well with always over 200Mbit/s

The room was supposed to be 45 sqm with a terrace. It was around half the size and very dark. The terrace in Room B-003 is an inner patio that is enclosed by 4m high concrete. There as no sunshine and the room was really dark. The desk in the room was tiny, only around 40cm deep. No space to place the keyboard in front of the laptop on a stand. Didnt have hot water for 3/9 days, also had to let it run for over 10 minutes to get warm. Washer and Dryer in included once a week. The promised community did not exist.

Lovvved this place - the room was so spacious, great to have a kitchen area, and super comfy bed. The whatsapp group was a great way to connect with fellow travellers and the location was perfect.

This is apparently one of a corporate chain in many countries of a kind of hotel/long stay for digital nomads and there were always young people working or quietly socializing in the indoor/outdoor common area just beyond the two security-code sliding doors to get in. The whole building is very contemporary, sleek and minimal and the common area was very inviting with comfy midcentury type couches and lots of vegetation, even though I only passed through and didn't much talk to the people who seemed to be long-stayers who kind of knew one another. I stayed in back a ground-floor unit that, again, was very sleek, minimal and well-equipped, with an excellent large bed with great bedding, good wifi and large TV, , a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and two plaques (which don't seem to get hot enough to truly boil water), and great bathroom with a roomy step-in shower (that takes some time to get hot, but no big deal). I had an inner room so I had a little patio that felt a bit like a roofless concrete cell so I didn't spend much time out there but it was still nice to have outdoor space. I think the patios in the other rooms would be nicer. The security codes on all the doors could be a little fussy and take more than one try but it wasn't really a big deal. The neighborhood, Roma Sur, is also absolutely beautiful and quiet with no end of both humble and trendy places to eat, drink and hang out in all directions. It is a short walk to the incredibly beautiful oval Parque de Mexico. I've already booked at this place again for an upcoming trip to CDMX. It is not the kind of charming old building that feels of a piece with the neighborhood - there is a hipster corporate chain vibe where you feel like this could be anywhere - but the amenities were really great and you do have the option of having a prefab common space community to chat with if you feel like it.

The kitchenette plaques could get hotter and the shower could get hotter faster but really that's about it, I liked this place enough to have booked there again.

Bright and spacious room with AC and fully equipped kitchen, good for remote workers

Rooms are not soundproof, TV in the next room can be loud.

The area is quiet at night if you are lucky and neighbours don't construct a new building at 2 a.m. I wasn't lucky. They have a nice co-working space.

Checking in is horrible. First of all they don't send check in details before you tell them your full bank card details which is not right. The funny thing is that their website doesn't work correctly, so they couldn't even get my card details after all. But I've checked in only after complaining and texting them for 5 hours! Crazy! Very unreliable company. Also my room smelled bad because they have forgotten to throw rubbish after previous guests. It took 1 day for them to come and change a rubbish bag. Also a room isn't private at all. It has a mutual door with the next apartment. And it sounds like it's attached to a toilet. I don't recommend even for 1/3 of a price that they charge.

The room was lovely and all very modern and as per the photos. Eduardo was fantastic and solved any issues we had such as the back door being unlocked when we first arrived with urgency (even on Christmas Day!) and was on hand whenever we needed. The location was a little out of the action, but we liked this and didn't mind walking 20mins to where most of the bars and restaurants are. The co-work area was brilliant, we met a few fellow working nomads and the internet and facilities to work were great.

We arrived and the back door didn't lock, as there was no key to lock it. We spoke to Eduardo and explained we didn't feel safe sleeping and leaving our valuables in an unlocked room and he moved us to another room for that night. Definitely check that the back door is secure if you stay. The shower was cold most of the time, however I understand that is quite normal in Mexico City. We braved it!
