Perfect location, very modern industrial interior design, it has everthing i need. Like 2-3 Street away from the promenade, restaurants/bar just around the corner.

The bathroom is little bit small. it's "underground" apartment, so you don't get direct sunlight, but you are in Thessaloniki anyway and nearby Promenade.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ κατατοπιστικός και είχε δώσει σαφής οδηγίες για το τι υπάρχει στο διαμέρισμα και πως λειτουργεί. Η επικοινωνία ήταν πολύ καλή και οι απαντήσεις ήταν γρήγορες.

Perfect location to everywhere - for walks, runs, buses. Nikolaos is a super friendly and organised host. He even contacted me before my arrival to ask if I needed anything, and I had everything I could possibly require! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The only thing I couldn’t find in the apartment was an extractor fan above the cooker. I cooked some salmon, and the smell lingered for a while. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you

Tutto perfetto! La casa è in posizione centralissima: piccola, ma dotata di ogni comfort. Troverete davvero tutto ciò che può servire: dal phon con diffusore al bollitore, caffè, zucchero, sale, aceto, vari condimenti e persino elettrodomestici come la lavatrice. L’arredamento è moderno, il letto è molto comodo e l’ambiente accogliente. La posizione è ideale: a soli un minuto a piedi dal centro. Il proprietario, Nikolaos, è gentilissimo e molto disponibile: per un piccolo imprevisto che ho avuto, ha risposto immediatamente, fornendo spiegazioni chiare e risolvendo tutto con grande efficienza. Un alloggio che consiglio vivamente
