Casa vacanze Al Porto

What made us choose this accommodation: We were looking for an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious common area/kitchen with cooking facilities for 4 people, 4 nights right before Christmas. This place looked very nice and comfortable in the PICTURES and all the GOOD REVIEWS from previous guests were also convincing. The LOCATION seemed perfect on the map, we found the PRICE acceptable as well. We knew we would need a very good HOST too, because Catania was completely unfamiliar to us. What we experienced there: REVIEWS & PICTURES: We agree with all the positive thoughts in the guest reviews and can confirm that what you see in the pictures is really what you get. APARTMENT: modern, beautiful, spotless clean, comfortable and peaceful. The layout is excellent. The two bedrooms are at the two opposite ends of the apartment. (Both have doors now.) And both have private bathrooms with powerful showers. We found the beds very comfortable. The common area is lovely, the kitchen is well equipped. LOCATION: close to the bus terminal, the train station, grocery stores, Lidl, restaurants, etc. And only a short walk to the city center (or the bus stop is just a few steps from the house.) HOST: hard to find a nicer one. A wonderful woman. Very kind, helpful, flexible. The COMMUNICATION with her was very good and quick. We used WhatsApp btw. INTERNET CONNECTION in the apartment was also fast. CHECK-IN & OUT: very easy. SAFETY: We felt completely safe in the apartment and also in the neighborhood. PRICE: excellent value for a reasonable price. Dear Roberta, many thanks for your hospitality, the snacks and drinks you left for us in the kitchen. We are also very grateful to you for letting us check out at 5 PM because we had a late flight back to Budapest and you happened to have no guests for that night. We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. If/when we return to Catania we will definitely choose Casa Vacanze al Porto again.

No issues. This apartment is highly recomended to anyone visiting Catania.

Very beautiful aparment in a very good place! Centre is close, train station and bus station is close. Everything was perfect. Many many thanks to Roberta ❤️❤️❤️

L’appartamento era molto pulito ed organizzato, è molto illuminato a parte di essere 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. C’è anche aria condizionata, ed una cucina disponibile. Roberta, la nostra hostess, è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche dato raccomandazioni rispetto ristorante e posti d’interesse.

Apartament czysty, przyjemny, dwie sypialnie z łazienkami, w każdym pokoju jest balkon, mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. Parking pod budynkiem, zawsze było miejsce. Mieszkanie ma świetną lokalizację, blisko do centrum, blisko do dworca, idealna odległość do zwiedzania Taorminy, Syrakuz. Sklepy z warzywami i piekarnia też w zasięgu :). Pani Roberta, bardzo miła, pomocna, z którą byliśmy w stałym kontakcie na whatsapp. Polecam apartament Roberty
