Owner and his staff are super available and friendly. Kite center very well organized. Strong wind!! Room was clean and well organized. The area around kite center doesn’t offer too much.

Bathroom door made lots of noise

the bungalows looked nice, the location right in front of the beach. the food was very good and the servers were really nice, even though they didn’t speak English. restaurant infrastructure was nice and confortable, although it has seen better days.

It was going through a massive construction work during our stay they were building many more bungalows and a pavilion or something, so the place was full of construction workers, materials and noise taking all over the property, all day long. The construction was wall to wall behind the only 3. functioning bungalows. Moreover, the semi open air bathroom is not properly protected against rain and in during our stay the entire bathroom got big leaks and flooded during rain, to the point we couldn’t use it until it stopped and dried. Finally, the beach all around the bay where the hotel is located was very dirty unfortunately. maybe it was the low tide but it looked like a dumpster.

Awesome stay at Pham Rang Kite Center! Originally booked for two nights and extended to five just because it’s a nice stay with lovely staff and although it’s a small bungalow, it’s comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was really nice and large and well designed. The food was good out back and is a close <1 min walk from the bungalow to the beach area. Great to kite right here at the property and don’t have to leave at all. The owner Son was super nice and easy to work with for the extension and setting up transportation.

There’s not much around except for just a couple restaurants including the one at the kite center but you can rent a motorbike from the property. With the wind blowing the door to the bathroom would knock around at night but was okay with ear plugs

Almost nothing, if there's a small pool then 💯

Fantastic place with clean, comfortable beds and delicious food (cooked on the premises) at reasonable prices. The coconut trees, sea breeze and decorations provide a dream atmosphere that allows you to slow down and enjoy the scenery. This particular part of the coast had really shallow water and it's a great place for kite surfing, which you'll see a lot of, if the weather and water conditions allow. You can also get lessons on the premises (expensive but the kit and instructors are great and speak decent English). Milu the dog is really cute and moody! Would love to return.

Maybe because it was low season, or the language mismatch (which we solved with a lot of pointing - the menus were in English), but the service felt a little slow and unenthusiastic, which made ordering and generally enjoying the time there a bit more awkward than it should've been. It should be said that the place and area don't really provide much else besides the kite surfing (the water is much too shallow to bathe or swim), so have a book ready or come with friends.
