Location

Only 1bath. 1 roll of toilet paper for 4adults. Floor was creaking when walking upstairs unable to sleep downstairs due to loud creaking noticed. After checking in cannot contact the office for further info or assistance.

The apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for our purpose. A few notes on how household appliances worked would have been helpful.

We got there late and just needed a place to sleep.

-The place advertised as having a room with a queen or king bed then a second room two twin beds. This is the sole reason we picked this place. When we got there it had a king in one room and a queen in the other room. This did not work with my son and daughter. My son then tried to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. It was so miserable to sleep on he put it away and slept on top of the couch. -The shower is plumbed backwards. If you want hot water you have to just barely turn the faucet on. The more you turn it the colder it gets. My daughter showered first and didn’t figure that out. It was a quick, cold shower for her. Worth noting, the shower head is probably 5’ high. At 6’ I was bent over the whole time I showered. - The bedrooms have white blinds in the windows and allow 100% sunlight in as it rises. The room was totally bright at 530-6am. So much for sleeping in. -The apartment was likely built in the 70’s and looks to have original carpet and everything. No money has been spent on updates. The floor creeks so bad at every step it sounds like you might fall through. Especially going up the stairs. It’s line 700 sq ft. Which we thought was a good size, but being on two floors actually makes it very small. Any more than 2-3 people in the kitchen or dining area would be miserable.

The house was in a quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The kitchen had everything we need
