we witnessed staff being racist multiple times. elevators and vending machines were broken. the blankets were paper thin even when we asked for more that gave us thin flat sheets. The towels in our bathroom had other peoples hair on them.

I didn't like that the mattress on one of the beds was completely worn out.

My room had roaches in it. The room was extra small and it was supposed to be ocean view. It was corner ocean view and hardly any space to move around. They wouldn't compensate me for the roaches because I booked the room through this app. Someone needs to do something about this.

Las television son pequeñas y no son modernas.

The staff was good for the most part. I always stay at Bay View when me and my family go to the beach but one particular rep said she would get me proper bedding blankets and did not made me upset. This was the first bad experience I had besides the batteries been dead in the remote but I got past that. Overall we still enjoyed it, I just like to get what I pay for. I’ll still come back again
