Beautiful clean and modern villa in a great location just 10 minutes walk from main restaurant and shopping street. Really nice and big breakfast served in the villa. Big TV outside. Very comfortable bed with super soft linen. Accomodating and friendly staff.

There is a rooster in their compound, and as someone with auditory issues, I found it extremely upsetting and jarring. It went for over 2 hours! To wake up reverberating at 6.10 from the rooster crowing right outside our villa was difficult for me to shake - we had to leave the villa very early and return for breakfast as I was shaking and visibility upset from the ongoing loud pearcing noise that went off every 20 seconds. There was no way to sleep through that. If you have sensitivity to noises, this is not your place to stay. We only booked 1 night, fortunately, as any longer would have required us to relocate due to the effect it had on me. Researching after the fact I now know that roosters are a part of Bali culture however, having spent a week in Ubud prior to this stay, we had not heard this noise at all so it came as a very big and upsetting shock. I'm unsure how, despite so much research before booking our trip to Bali, I had not come across a single mention of roosters crowing... so I wanted to mention it here in case anyone out there has not come across this information either. Understanding cultural differences is important, and having travelled extensively through Asia, we understand different cultural sensitivities but have never experienced this issue. I do believe cultural understanding goes both ways, though. For them to benefit from tourism by building a villa and not advertising it as being located in a family compound with a rooster shows a lack of understanding that tourist have not experienced this type or level of noise and that it does affect our experience in their accommodation. It leaves you without an informed choice prior to booking. Full disclosure is the only way to combat dissatisfaction.

Very clean and although part of a family compound, was behind a private walled area. The family was not intrusive at all. We only ever saw them when they delivered our breakfast every morning.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. I would only like to make one suggestion. That they supply a waterproof or plastic step/chair to the inside of pool to enable shorter/older persons to exit the pool. I did find it extremely hard to lift myself on to the side of the pool (from inside the pool) to exit the pool. Or a set of steps installed as this issued did actual spoil my enjoyment of the pool as I knew I would have issues getting out of the pool, so avoided using the lovely pool.

Tucked away from the street in a lovely neighbourhood. Nice furniture.

ウブドの中心地から程近い。施設が新しく快適。水回りは特にストレスがありません。バスタブがありお湯の量も温度も申し分ないです。明るく、それでいてプライベート感も高いので部屋でゆっくりしたくなります。雰囲気はアットホームです。

私は不満に思いませんがホテルの様なきめ細やかさは期待するものではありません。

A quiet private villa that is away from the tourist areas but walking distance. There is a fire dance performance within a 5 min walk every Sunday and Tuesday. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
