Nice room. Good location.

Check in location unclear and not staffed. Waited a long time to be checked in, stood in a busy bar after travelling for a long time.

It was quiet and I had a double bed instead of a single one. Meals were provided at lunch or early evening but I was meeting people so did not experience this it would have been helpful to have breakfast but they do not do this. However you can get it not far from the hotel

There was nothing to dislike 👍🏼

Everything went well. We didn't have to formally check in, no taking debit card details etc and we let ourselves out the following morning at 9.00am as instructed by the staff there, just leaving our room and fire escape keys in our room. A very easy and relaxed stay.

There was nothing to dislike, other than the fact it was 220 miles from our home and sadly it was for an RAF funeral in Lyneham. The RAF were there, in numbers and formed a guard of honour for our cousin who served in the first Gulf War in Iraq, going on later to train future tornado pilots.

The staff member who checked me in was very helpful and polite and changed my room to a ground floor room in the courtyard

My room was in need of upgrading, the carpet was quite dirty, the bath panel was cracked , the towel heater/ radiator on the bathroom had the chrome coating peeling off , the door to the room looked as though it had got very wet or had heat damage as the veneer was peeling off on the inside of the door , the sink was cracked

like the place the people but no wifi in room 15 but not a bug problem for me
